. How early should I contact you to book your Services?
Ideally, not less than 3 weeks before the event to confirm our availability for the date and to have enough time to discuss the details of your custom balloon decor. However, if you have less time don't let that discourage you from calling us.
Delivery bouquets need to be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
. How long will take to build the Balloon Decor?
Depending on the design and the size of the decor, our team can take about 1 to 4 hours to finish.
. How much does your Balloon Decor Cost?
We are specialized in Classic Balloon Decor that include Arches, Columns, Bouquets, Custom Sculptures and Custom Centerpieces. Because each design varies in size and complexity, we work with all budgets big and small, one party at a time to create the perfect decor for your event.
Call or email us and we'll be happy to work up a price quote that suits your needs.
. What are your payment terms? Do I need to make a deposit? What type of payment do you accept?
We require 30% deposit to reserve your date and the full balance is due 10 days prior to your event. We accept personal and business checks made out to Balloontastic Creations or Cash. (Call for applicable discounts when paying in cash).
. Do you charge for delivery, installation, and/or tear down for decor work?
We don't charge any fees for orders over $250.00. We charge $50.00 set-up and delivery fee for orders under $250.00 that requires set up and installation. We don't tear down the balloon decor unless it's arranged.
. Do you deliver Balloon Bouquets for special occasions?
We deliver speciality bouquets for all occasions. Delivery bouquets range from $35.00 to $100.00 and are delivered 7 days a week. Delivery fee vary depending on your area.
. How long will the Balloon Decor last?
Our decor is built to suit you specific event needs. Air work balloon decor can last for days. We extend the float time of our helium balloon decor with an industry standard additive. Outside decor is sometimes affected by the elements over which we have no control.
. Are latex balloons biodegradable?
Yes, Balloons are made from the sap of the rubber tree and biodegrade at the rate of an oak leaf.
